TikTok Content & Channel Manager - Social-First Role - Bikes/Outdoor Adventures

12 month contract, circa 25hrs/week

Mostly remote. There might be the opportunity to travel to bike events across Europe

We’re supporting a major global media brand as they look to bring on a Freelance Channel Manager with a strong social-first mindset, focused primarily on TikTok.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social — ideally a creator themselves — who understands what performs, why it performs, and how to turn great footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content.

The role

Approx. 70% social (TikTok) / 30% bike & outdoor knowledge

Strong focus on TikTok growth, tone, trends and formats

Reviewing existing footage and creating fast, high-quality social edits

Translating longer-form or raw content into platform-native storytelling

Helping unlock TikTok as a key growth channel in 2026

What we’re looking for

A social-native thinker who truly understands TikTok culture

Confident with quick-turn editing (short-form, mobile-first content)

Comfortable working at pace and reacting to trends

Ideally a content creator themselves (big plus)

Bike experience is a nice to have, not essential

(an interest in sport, outdoors, adventure, hiking, or action content works just as well)

This would suit someone who:

Thinks in hooks, pacing, and retention

Understands what makes content feel native, not branded

Is excited by sport, movement, and outdoor culture

Loves experimenting, testing and learning through performance
