About the Role

A global media Brand is looking for a TikTok Content editor with a passion for mountain biking, cycling, motorbiking, or outdoor extreme sports. This role is ideal for a social-first content editor who understands TikTok deeply and can turn exciting footage into compelling, fast-paced social content.

You’ll be responsible for shaping TikTok content strategy, managing the channel, and translating raw footage into engaging edits that resonate with sports and adventure audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the TikTok channel with a strong social-first mindset
Edit and publish high-impact short-form content with quick turnaround times
Translate bike, action sports, and outdoor adventure footage into engaging storytelling

Collaborate with global teams and potentially attend live events for content capture

Monitor performance, trends, and platform best practices to optimise reach and engagement

What We’re Looking For

Strong TikTok knowledge and platform expertise
Solid editing skills for fast-turnaround social content
Passion for cycling, mountain biking our outdoor extreme sports
Social-native mindset (approx. 70% social focus, 30% bike/outdoor knowledge)
Ideally a content creator themselves (this is highly preferred)
Previous bike or action sports experience is a bonus, but not essential
ability to produce links to your portfolios of work done
