Join our TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team as we shape the future of social commerce. The TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team is in charge of managing TikTok Shop Partners - agencies who service merchants on TikTok Shop - and responsible for partners' performance.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities
- The TikTok Shop Partner Intern is to expand and drive the TSP ecosystem through assistant business development, training and project management.
- This position sits cross-functionally, working closely with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support in matchmaking TSPs with sellers on the platform.
- You will become an expert on social commerce and all things TikTok Shop to support our partner team and help TSP to onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform.
- The position requires data analysis of various metrics, from livestreams and short videos, to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on TikTok Shop.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
- Graduating December 2025 onwards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with metrics and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
