As a key member of the Global Total Rewards Centre of Excellence (CoE), the Total Reward Manager – Benefits, Wellbeing, and Recognition will lead the development of strategic reward programs globally and the delivery of programs in our main market the UK. This role is instrumental in ensuring our total rewards offerings are competitive, inclusive, and aligned with the diverse needs of our frontline and support centre team members across multiple countries, driving measurable business impact.

You will partner closely with the broader People Team and Business Leaders to shape programs that support employee wellbeing, drive engagement, and reflect our values in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive global strategy and hands-on delivery of benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs that inspire and motivate teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring alignment between programs and evolving business needs.
• Design benefits programs tailored for diverse roles, managing vendor relationships and compliance across regions.
• Champion wellbeing initiatives that support mental, physical, and financial health while enhancing work-life balance.
• Lead innovative recognition programs that celebrate frontline excellence and foster team collaboration.
• Leverage data, analytics, and governance frameworks to measure program impact and inform continuous improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in Total Rewards, focusing on benefits, wellbeing, and recognition in global or multi-country environments.
• Proven success working within Centres of Excellence or matrixed HR structures.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with a commercial mindset and data-driven approach.
• Previous exposure to retail, hospitality, or food & beverage sectors is a bonus.
• Exceptional ability to prioritise resources and drive projects from concept to execution.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills
• Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action
• Intermediate + ability with Microsoft suite
