Description

A top-tier consulting firm is seeking a seasoned expert in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) to support strategic procurement transformation for a leading UK retail bank. This role is part of a high-visibility engagement with C-suite sponsorship, focused on reimagining how TPRM is designed and executed in the age of AI. The ideal candidate will bring deep institutional experience, innovative thinking, and the presence to lead client-facing workshops.

Responsibilities:

Advise on current gaps and transformation opportunities
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with senior stakeholders
Translate complex risk frameworks into actionable procurement strategies
Contribute to roadmap development for procurement operating model redesign

Requirements:

Extensive experience in TPRM within a large financial institution, ideally a retail bank
Strong understanding of retail banking operations and vendor ecosystems
Proven ability to rethink and redesign risk management processes
Executive presence and communication skills to engage senior stakeholders
Comfortable leading workshops and interfacing directly with clients
Consulting experience is a plus, but not essential
