Administrator (Trade Marketing)

Bestway Vans Direct are part of the UK’s largest Independent Wholesaler. Bestway Vans Direct are a Syndicated salesforce, working in partnership with the UKs leading Crisps, Snacks, Biscuits & Confectionery Manufacturers servicing over 22,000 Independent Retailers across the mainland UK. Due to expansion of the business, we are looking for an Administrator (Trade Marketing) working as part of a small, friendly Commercial Operations team, based in Sheffield. Reporting into the Category Manager, this role will provide support to both the Salesforce and Sheffield Office team.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Be the first point of contact for Salesforce queries.
- Work with the Category Manager to create sales tools.
- Data entry in the form of maintaining back-office systems which drive our iPad selling tool.
- Create daily and monthly communications to send to the Sales team to keep them informed on key updates.
Full training will be provided, all we ask of you is:
- To be reliable, enthusiastic, willing to learn with a positive attitude.
- Have a good eye for detail and organisation skills.
- To be confident using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Trade Marketing Experience not essential.
