This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a category for a leading global brand, in the Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms industry, working at the heart of the UK marketing team.

As Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with product and content teams to deliver impactful 360° trade marketing strategies that raise brand visibility, empower sales, and strengthen partnerships across retail, distribution, and installation networks.

💡 What you’ll be doing:

• Driving product and brand awareness through creative campaigns, POS materials, and trade promotions.
• Building strong relationships with resellers, distributors, installers, and commercial customers.
• Supporting sales teams across the UK & EMEA with tailored trade marketing initiatives.
• Coordinating trade events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Using insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to shape future strategies.
• Managing budgets, suppliers, and KPIs to deliver maximum impact.

✨ What we’re looking for:

• 5–10 years’ experience in trade marketing, ideally within a B2B or retail-focused industry.
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies.
• Strong communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management and commercial awareness.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools such as Canva or Dropbox is a plus.

🌍 Location: Hybrid – based in Northamptonshire 3 days a week
