Trade Sales Executive to join our London team as we enter an exciting era of growth.
What You Will Be Doing
- Foster a commitment to ABI Interiors mission, vision, and values while promoting an inclusive environment.
- Build and manage the trade sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities.
- Monitor tender and project progress.
- Daily processing of proformas/orders and managing trade enquiries via phone and email.
- Research and develop new business with Architects, Designers, and Builders while maintaining and actively growing sales via cold calling, warm calling, and following up with existing clients.
- Help in tracking key account metrics.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Proactive and professional collaboration with all customers, teams, and departments.
- Available to assist other team members and stakeholders with trade sale enquiries.
- Available to accommodate ABI’s operational hours during events or sales periods.
- Any adhoc tasks and projects as appointed by management.
- Manage special projects and administrative tasks.
About You
- Strong understanding of the design industry in the UK.
- Previous sales experience in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Highly developed organisational and communication skills.
- Experience working with various IT applications, CRM, and POS software.
- Interior Design qualifications or relevant industry experience preferred but not essential.
- Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.
