We are looking for an experienced professional to manage our financial transaction data exchange and automate trade workflows. This role involves standardizing our FIX protocol processes, ensuring real-time data flow, and improving our compliance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• FIX Protocol Management: Translate FIX messages, manage/enhance existing FIX handler connections, and standardize message processing.
• Process Automation: Lead efforts to automate trade reconciliation, streamline manual processes, and implement an automated Drop Copy product.
• Data Transmission: Ensure real-time trade information is sent to third parties for reconciliation, monitoring, and compliance.
• Collaboration: Work with teams to align strategies and resolve issues related to FIX and data discrepancies.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• FIX Protocol: Strong experience with FIX protocol, message types, and session management. Experience with FIX engine development and technologies.
• Reconciliation: Hands-on experience with automated reconciliation platforms, especially Drop Copy.
• Process Improvement: Proven ability to simplify and automate financial processes.
• Financial Knowledge: Understanding of trade lifecycles, data attributes and compliance.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify and solve data-related issues.
