Trainee Arborist Learn While You Earn

As part of our 12-month structured training programme, you'll work alongside experienced professionals learning all aspects of arboriculture, from tree care and maintenance to the safe use of specialist equipment. Youll receive full training while working on the job, and youll be paid as you learn. This is a great chance to gain industry-recognised qualifications, and work outdoors across our client sites in the Shropshire and Northwest regions.
We will be holding an Introduction Day in mid-August 2025 at our Head Office in Chorley, giving you the opportunity to meet some of our team and current trainees already working with us. This informal session will give you a feel for what its like to be part of the Avove Arborist Training Programme, with a chance to ask questions and hear first-hand what the role involves. Following the introduction, well be conducting on-site interviews for those interested in joining the programme, a perfect first step towards a career in arboriculture with us.
