At Société Générale, our Inspection and Group Audit Division plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of risk management, operational controls, and compliance across our global activities. As a key part of the Third Line of Defence, IGAD provides independent, objective assurance and advice that helps safeguard the Group’s integrity and supports continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- Participate in local, regional, and global audit assignments covering information systems and operational risks
- Collaborate closely with business auditors on large-scale audit missions
- Assist regional audit managers with planning and administrative tasks
- Conduct thorough and timely reviews, validations, and documentation of audit findings
- Help prepare clear, well-structured audit reports and presentations for Control Committees
- Contribute to annual risk assessments and follow-up activities to ensure remediation of audit findings
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality in all audit work

Profile required
What We Are Looking For
- A degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Previous experience in financial services, audit, risk management, or compliance is highly advantageous
- Strong affinity for technical applications and data analytics, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Knowledge of Python, R, or similar programming languages is a plus
- Ability to identify key risks and controls, and to communicate findings clearly and concisely
- Excellent organisational, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
- Commitment to upholding Société Générale’s Code of Conduct and regulatory obligations
