Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Emergency Care nurse who is keen to develop their professional knowledge and clinical skills and undertake an Emergency Nurse Practitioner trainee post. The role will be 6 months supernumerary working alongside an experienced ENP at Worthing Emergency Department/Urgent Treatment Centre.

Under direct and indirect supervision, you will learn to assess, treat and diagnose both paediatric and adult patients presenting to the ED/UTC with minor injuries and illness as well as more complex and chronic conditions.

This is a band 6 training post but following successful completion of external and internal training and assessments, consisting of supervised clinical practice, academic study at Masters Level and feedback, the candidate will progress to working as an autonomous and independent Emergency Nurse/Care Practitioner at band 7 within the ED and UTC
