In response to continued growth across RSK and development within the team, we have a vacancy for a
Trainee Systems Administrator to work within the HR Systems team helping to support over 14,000 employees across RSK Group.
Our head office is located in
Helsby, Cheshire, the role is open to
hybrid working, from home and the office. Due to the geographical spread of our offices, travel across the UK may be required from time to time.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people, has good attention to detail, enjoys data entry and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a range of administration tasks and support on projects as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Systems team with key system administrative tasks
- Provide system logins to employees
- Troubleshooting employee HR System login issues when using a range of authentication methods
- Set up Job Titles and Working Calendars on the HR system
- Input and audit large sets of personnel data on a regular basis
- Create reports as required
Person Specification:
- Possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent (including Maths and English);
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel;
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal effectively and establish rapport with people at all levels;
- Professional approach and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially;
- Team player with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
