Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Lettings Associate Negotiator to join our team and assist in the smooth execution of rental transactions. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a vital role in marketing rental properties, finding potential leads, conducting viewings, performing reference checks, and finalizing rental contracts.

From Minimum wage up to ยฃ65,000 OTE per annum
Stepney Green, East London, E1
Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm & Every other Saturday 11am-5pm

- High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field is a plus).
- Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using property management software and relevant computer applications.
- Professional and well-presented appearance.
