What You’ll Be Doing:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment process—from building client relationships to placing candidates in their dream roles. You will:

• Proactively reach out to new clients and grow existing accounts.
• Source, attract, and headhunt top candidates in tech and life sciences.
• Manage interviews, negotiate offers, and support placements end-to-end.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike.
• Work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where your hard work pays off.
