At Warners, today’s trainee solicitors are tomorrow’s partners. Our structured training programme is designed to develop your legal expertise, commercial awareness, and client-handling skills from day one. We welcome two trainees each September, and many remain with us post-qualification, progressing to senior roles.

We welcome applications from LPC and SQE candidates with a 2:1 degree or higher. For SQE candidates, we require that you have passed SQE1. We offer sponsorship for the SQE2 assessment fee, subject to confirmation by our Management Board.
