Position: Training & Development Advisor

Location: Derby (Office based)

Salary: up to £40K, with excellent benefits including pension and private healthcare

The Role:

We’re looking for a Training & Development Advisor to support our learning strategy across AEGIS. Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll shape career pathways, succession plans, and a culture of continuous learning to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support training aligned with business needs

• Identify skill gaps and growth opportunities

• Manage engaging training sessions across platforms

• Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness

• Drive career development and succession planning

• Ensure compliance and maintain training records

Essential Experience & knowledge:

• Proven experience in training, ideally in engineering or technical fields

• Strong knowledge of instructional design and learning technologies

• Excellent communication, and organisational skills

• Passion for people development and alignment with our values
