Location: Glasgow or London Office

Flexibility: expectation to attend office at least 1 day per week (to be agreed)

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 9-5

Interviews expected: late September 2025

This Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Training & CPD Coordinator to manage and provide administrative support for the delivery of online, remote and in-person training, CPD, and risk advisory services.

Creating targeted communications about our training and CPD for both internal and external stakeholders will be a key responsibility for the role.

The role involves being a key point of contact for members, partner organisations, and advisory teams, ensuring seamless communication and streamlined access to resources and services.

What You Can Bring To The Role

We are especially looking to hear for candidates who:

  • Have previous experience in an admin, event management role or NHS/healthcare setting
  • Are familiar using different events and reporting platforms e.g. Zoom, Eventbrite or GoToWebinar
  • Are comfortable using a variety of Microsoft/office applications e.g. Word, Excel MS Teams
  • Feel confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
