Location: Truro Office with travel across Mid & West Cornwall
Hours: Part Time
Salary: Pro-rata of £27,000/year (based on full-time equivalent)

Key Responsibilities:
Day shifts, Monday to Friday
Weekend availability may be required

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust training strategy to meet business needs.
- Deliver induction and ongoing training for all staff groups.
- Ensure compliance with national care standards and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate training records and systems.
- Collaborate with management to support staff development and quality care.
- Participate in external meetings and contribute to business growth.
- Take part in on-call duties on a rota basis.
- Health & Social Care qualification (Level 3 or higher).
- Excellent communication skills and a supportive, team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of care sector regulations and standards.
- Experience in planning and delivering staff training.
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or similar qualification.
