Job Description
As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and continuously updating the internal and external training materials to support the development of our technical and operational expertise within Motor Claims.
Responsibilities
Content Development: Design engaging training materials, including new joiner presentations, external system training, knowledge checks, and e-learning modules that can be used in-person, remotely and as individual learnings.
Training Delivery: Deliver training to both internal employees and external clients, via face-to-face workshops and remotely. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ongoing training on processes and systems.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure all training materials meet compliance standards and are continuously updated as internal processes, regulatory guidance and best practice changes.
Feedback: Identify training requirements through collaboration, continuous feedback and audit outcomes. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through continuous feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Previous experience within a training role would be desirable, but not required
Ability to coach and develop people
Highly organised and detail-orientated
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity of digital training tools and/or platforms
Proactive and adaptable to changing regulatory guidance
Confident, assertive, and patient
Ability to work under pressure, effectively prioritising to meet deadlines
Strong aptitude for learning and development
Highly receptive to training and quick to implement knowledge
Active Listening
