Job Description Summary
As Oncology Training Manager, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve commercial training programmes for BDPI Oncology across Europe. The role sits within the Sales Force Effectiveness and Capabilities function and focuses on building consistent, high-quality capability from onboarding through to advanced development, while ensuring alignment with oncology strategy, product launches, and omnichannel initiatives. You can be based anywhere in the UK, Italy, Spain, GSA, or the Benelux region, provided you are well positioned to travel.

Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Design and deliver end-to-end commercial training programmes covering onboarding, continuous development, and advanced capability building
- Create and maintain self-paced and digital learning content across learning platforms, ensuring alignment with regional strategy and commercial priorities
High level of IT literacy, including experience working with learning platforms and developing digital training materialsFluent English is essential, with additional European language skills considered an advantageWillingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe, with expected travel of approximately 40–50 percent
