Job Title: Training Network Executive
Salary: £25,500 - £31,000 per annum
Contract: 12 month fixed term
Hours per week: 35 hours (flexible working options considered in line with business needs)
Location: Home based role with occasional travel to our Head Office in Wigston, Leicester.
The successful applicant must have the pre-existing right to both live, and to work in the UK.

About The Role
Our Training Network Executive plays a key role in generating commercial growth for IOSH. You will be pro-active in achieving sales by calling customers, arranging virtual meetings and providing support to your Training Network Managers. You will be responsible for keeping up with product and service information and creating and maintaining a database of existing and potential customers. As part of securing sales, you will answer questions and send additional information to customers, upsell products and services, and research and identify new leads. The sales of the products that you help generate will help support our vision of a safe and healthy world of work.
What You'll Bring
You will be confident in reaching out to potential new providers and securing sales, with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an outbound call environment, or similar, with exceptional customer service skills including excellent phone manner. You will be a driven individual who has experience of working to and achieving targets with the autonomy to manage your own workload. To be successful, you will have passion for selling product to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Essential Criteria
- A good understanding of the customer relationship management process and the important of building relationships
- Understanding of the importance of acknowledging the client value, to encourage thoughts and build a trusting relationship
- Excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to identify and understand the customers' needs
- Self motivation with the drive to achieve targets
- Ability to recommend solutions and drive business improvements that support significant income growth
- Some experience of consultative sales with success in maximising income and value
- Some experience of seeking and securing new business opportunities globally, managing and growing existing customer accounts by creating partnerships and developing influential relationships
