We are therefore looking for someone that is highly organized, process oriented and tenacious that is eager to excel for the role of Training Programs Project Manager. This person will support our client's Virtual instructor-led global training programs. The role will work with several cross-functional teams with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating several different projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on the day-to-day logistics and global operations of Virtual Instructor-led trainings like:
  • Keep platforms and surveys updated
  • Keep all information and changes on the program documented and updated on required platforms (internal and external websites, internal documentation, etc) and communicate it to the larger team
  • Request and keep track of external changes in content and/or marketing materials
  • XFN communication and collaboration: Interact with Marketing, Sales, Platforms, Training and Content teams to get the information needed to execute on projects in time
  • Lead and follow the project management of different initiatives
  • Create, manage and improve operational processes and infrastructure
  • Serve a point of contact between the Business Education’s Global Training Program and Platforms team
  • Identify, prioritize and communicate program and platform requirements, scope, constraints, dependencies, roadblocks and risks to respective teams.
  • Own the roll out of new processes and tools across the Business Education teams, including launch announcements, delivery of training, change management, documentation, etc. so teams can plan accordingly.
  • Request translations for training materials and resources, and deliver the translated content to the global team to support localization efforts.
  • Extract data from various sources and share relevant analytics with the team responsible for measuring training program effectiveness and outcomes.

Skills Required:

  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Proactive
  • Comfortable with high-volume operational tasks
  • Experience documenting complex processes and proposals for improvements
  • Process oriented and efficiency driven with excruciating attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential / works well under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Learning Management System (LMS) experience
  • Web conferencing tools experience
  • Google Docs and M365 experience
  • Experience working with/supporting training initiatives
  • Provable experience on Project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management tools
  • Led the logistics and operations of webinar programs
  • Intellum, Zoom, Webex experience
