Transaction Services Director

I have partnered with a top 15 accountancy firm with a national footprint and a reputation for delivering high-quality advisory services to mid-market clients. We are seeking a commercially driven and technically strong Transaction Services Director or Partner to lead and grow our TS offering.

About the role:

As a senior leader in our Transaction Services team, you will:

• Lead and deliver financial due diligence and deal advisory engagements across a range of sectors.
• Act as a work-winner, developing new business and deepening relationships with private equity, corporates, and entrepreneurial clients.
• Collaborate with our Lead Advisory, Valuations, and Debt Advisory teams to provide integrated solutions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and progression.
• Shape the strategic direction of the TS practice and contribute to firm-wide leadership.

What they are looking for:

• Proven experience in financial due diligence, ideally within a top 20 firm or boutique advisory.
• Strong track record of winning and delivering deals across sectors.
• ACA qualified (or equivalent), with deep technical and commercial acumen.
• A growth mindset – hungry for progression and impact.
• Open to junior partners or experienced directors ready to step up.
