Transactions Management Associate

We’re now looking for a Transaction Management Associate to join our Data Integrity group—an agile, collaborative function ensuring accurate and timely data across the full investment lifecycle.

🔍 About the Role

As a key member of the Transaction Management Team, you’ll be responsible for the accurate setup of investment vehicles, onboarding of new investors, and input of all investment-related cashflows into Pantheon’s internal systems. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring data quality, supporting reconciliations, investor reporting, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and approve investor and investment cashflows and static data setups
• Manage daily deadlines for data input and reconciliation
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party administrators to resolve queries and improve service delivery
• Support investment and IR teams with data analysis and insights
• Lead and coach junior team members, ensuring compliance with controls and procedures
• Drive process improvements and contribute to transformation initiatives
• Coordinate team MI and reporting to optimize workload management

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical knowledge of private equity, including fund-of-funds, infrastructure, and/or private debt
• Proven experience working with data in a financial environment
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and a control-focused mindset
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members

🌟 Desirable

• Experience with process transformation or system migration
• Familiarity with data tools like VBA/ Python
• Experience working with offshore teams
