Over the past year, the business has adopted a Spotify-style squad and tribe structure, embedding optimisation capability into a more digital, data-driven environment.
The organisation is mid-way through a large-scale transformation programme, including the migration of core operations onto Salesforce and the introduction of intelligent automation across the business.
The Role
