This key leadership position is essential for driving innovation and enhancing our responsiveness in the ever-evolving insurance market. You'll oversee a large cross-functional change program, fostering cultural transformation and engagement throughout the organisation. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, you'll champion agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement, to elevate execution capabilities and align with our broader change portfolio.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive transformative change at AXA UK, championing cultural and digital innovation. If you're a strategic leader passionate about making a significant impact, we invite you to apply and become part of our dynamic team.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional program, coordinating activities with workstream leaders to drive company-wide transformation.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholders, including CEOs and board members.
  • Expertise in leading large cross-functional programs within complex organisations.
  • Familiarity with Product Management and Agile methodologies, along with driving digitalization, AI, and automation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to foster cultural change and a forward-thinking workforce.
  • Excellent planning and consulting skills to enhance processes and drive successful transformations.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budget management and cost forecasting.
  • Experience in vendor management and understanding of contract frameworks.
