Company Overview

We are currently working with a rapidly expanding consumer services business with a differentiated model that has driven consistent growth and customer loyalty. The business is going through significant change as they look to further digitise their business model, update their tech stack, improve companywide processes and regulatory compliance, develop and implement a future proof TOM and consider the opportunity to acquire and integrate new businesses. In order to do this, the company needs to establish a transformation capability, providing clarity, governance, and delivery capability.

With bold double-digit growth ambitions, the company is embarking on an organisation-wide transformation programme that will reshape how they serve customers and scale sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring strong governance, pace, and measurable impact.
• Establish and lead a Programme Management Office (PMO) to coordinate change across the organisation.
• Oversee key digital and customer transformation programmes, driving improvements to platforms and processes.
• Partner with the Board to align strategy and execution, embedding a culture of delivery and accountability.
• Provide leadership and structure for ongoing integration activity, while ensuring the wider transformation agenda is prioritised.

Candidate Profile

• Significant experience in digital and business transformation within complex organisations.
• Strong background in establishing governance, programme management, and structured delivery frameworks.
• An ability to distil complex problems into comprehensible workflows and communication that can engage company wide.
• Hands-on, able to both set strategy and execute at pace.
• Prior experience in consumer subscription or service-led industries desirable for credibility and impact.
• Comfortable working at all levels of an organisation from the SLT to front line operators.
