What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and drive the transformation strategy / roadmap, aligned to the business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Establish the target operating model (processes, governance, roles, and decision rights) to enable predictable delivery at scale.
- Manage the implementation of the technology requirements (e.g. tooling, automation, AI etc.) and ensure seamless integration with AXA's ecosystems.
- Own portfolio and program management: prioritise initiatives, manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, dependencies, and benefits realisation; track progress against milestones and KPIs.
- Drive change management, capability uplift, and organisational design to embed new ways of working.
- Ensure data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance within all technology and data practices (GDPR, insurance-specific regulatory requirements).
- Optimise performance and ROI through data-driven decision making, measurement frameworks, and continuous improvement of processes and capabilities.
- Support and manage third party relationships, procurement, RFPs, contracts, and performance SLAs; negotiate to secure value and mitigate risk.
- Govern benefits realisation, produce regular executive reporting, and adjust the transformation plan in response to market, regulatory, or business changes.
