At Costa Coffee, we’re on a mission to reimagine coffee experiences across the globe. From bustling cities to local communities, we’re creating meaningful coffee moments, powered by innovation and driven by purpose.

As a proud part of the Coca-Cola system and working hand in hand with our pioneering partners, we’re in over 50 countries and counting. Whether it's served in-store, from a machine, at home, or on the go, every cup is thoughtfully crafted by our passionate teams who put heart into every moment.

Our teams truly make a difference. Whether it's pioneering new tech for the perfect pour, launching award-winning campaigns, developing exciting new menu items, or supporting our people to grow – together, we stir up success.

Join Costa at a pivotal time of growth and transformation as we expand into new geographies, channels, and product lines. This high-impact role will lead and deliver major transformation initiatives across our Technical, R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions—driving efficiency, agility, sustainability, and innovation. Partnering with senior leaders, you’ll shape the future of our operations and enable long-term business success.

With inspiring experiences, development programmes, and our apprenticeship scheme, your career can grow far beyond the day-to-day.

What you’ll do

Being a Technical, Innovation, Supply Chain and Procurement Transformation Lead is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll:

  • Lead and oversee key Enterprise Transformation projects across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing, including initiatives like ERP replacement, new Supply & Demand Planning system implementation, Sustainability and food safety transformation
  • Support with the Annual Business Plan (ABP) process with end-to-end supply chain stakeholders for Enterprise Transformation related programs in TISC&P, whilst challenging assumptions to ensure robust financial planning.
  • Enhance cross-functional communication and integration, acting as a vital link between TISC & Procurement and wider business functions including Marketing, Finance, and Technology.
  • Strengthen governance and strategic alignment, ensuring effective decision-making, KPI reporting, and integration of long-range plans into annual priorities.

Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering complex transformation programmes—ideally supply chain and or technology-focused—within Retail, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, or Consulting environments
  • Deep understanding of best-in-class supply chain practices across end-to-end processes (forecast-to-fulfil, make-to-deliver, source-to-pay).
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, deliver technology-enabled change, and interpret supply chain performance data..
  • Proven expertise in process design and ERP/supply chain software systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity.
