Across the EMEA region, you will support organisations in navigating complexity and AI disruption - clarifying ambitions, developing actionable roadmaps, and aligning teams to unlock value at scale.
What you’ll do
You will own the transformation partnership from vision to value - shaping strategy, winning belief, enabling execution, and embedding repeatable excellence. As an embedded leader within the customer’s transformation programme, you will bridge commercial ambition with delivery implementation, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and remove obstacles to momentum. You will also develop and scale our transformation IP, methodologies, and standard procedures across our customer base to elevate quality and unlock consistent success!
