Transformation Manager
Reports to: Senior Transformation Manager

The team It’s an exciting period of change at TT Club. To ensure these changes improve experiences to our people, members and business, TT Club has established a new internal Transformation Team. This growing team of transformation experts provides support to TT Club across a range of capabilities such as operating models (functional), service model (member facing), complex transformation programmes, business analysis and change management (including analysis, training, communications and BAU change).

What You'll Do: Type of Work As a Manager in the Transformation Team your remit could include:
Operating Models:
•Support the development of Target Operating Models (TOMs) for business functions. This includes changes to organisational structures, culture, processes, vendors, governance, technologies & data.
•Business analysis to support capability design, process analysis and organisational transformation
Service Model
•Support the continued improvement of the Service Model that TT Club provides to its Members.
•Programme Delivery
•Lead the delivery of change projects across multiple business functions (IT, finance, front-office etc) to ensure the realization of our strategic objectives
•Utilise waterfall and agile delivery methods
•Collaborate with business and programme teams to shape and influence priorities, stakeholder management, design governance, and TOM implementation activities
Responsibilities Of The Role As a Manager in the Transformation Team, you will be expected to:
•Lead the delivery of projects and/or play a key role on large / complex projects;
•Build positive relationships with senior leaders in the organisation;
•Influence the agenda for the team through the injection of innovative ideas and ways of thinking; and
•Challenge conventional wisdom and freely expressing their own opinion
The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications You Need:
•Over 5 years of experience in a management consultancy role or as a high performing delivery professional
•Educated to a minimum of 2:1 Bachelor's degree;
•Experience working on large and complex consultancy assignments
The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications That Will Help:
•An understanding and experience of iterative delivery methodologies, such as Agile and Scaled Agile, and an understanding of change management disciplines, processes and tools, such as:
