This role isn’t part of Team Anywhere and requires onsite work in Grove, UK at least 3 days a week.

Role Overview

As a Program Manager, you will lead strategic transformation initiatives for a key customer, driving substantial business outcomes and ensuring the successful delivery of a complex, cross-functional transformation. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Atlassian and the customer’s organisation to define, plan, and execute the transformation program that delivers measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a customer transformation program, from discovery and planning through execution and change management.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and Atlassian teams to define program objectives, success metrics, and desired outcomes.
• Facilitate planning sessions, map out business priorities, and align cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and challenges, and proactively drive resolution to keep the program on track.
• Communicate progress, wins, and risks to executive sponsors and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Drive adoption of program outputs within the customer’s organisation, supporting change management and ensuring business effectiveness.
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve program delivery.
• Document and maintain program management processes, tools, and artefacts, and lead efforts to optimise and scale best practices.

About You

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or change programs, ideally in a customer-facing or consulting capacity.
• Strong business acumen, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to connect the dots across complex organisations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at all levels, including C-suite.
• Experience with agile methodologies, roadmap planning, and enterprise work tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and deliver value in fast-paced environments.
• 5+ years of program management or business analysis experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
