About The Role

Level - 4

Department- Risk

Location - London/Southampton

Contract - Permanent

In this role you will partner with the business to ensure robust risk assessments are embedded throughout the change implementation process. As Transformation Risk Manager, you’ll support Quilter’s strategic transformation agenda by aligning functional and business segment plans with programme objectives. Working within a dynamic, outcome-focused team, you’ll collaborate with the Quilter Executive and their teams to shape and deliver the next phase of our strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business to identify, measure and manage the operational and regulatory risk position of the Transformation Program and to work closely with the accountable programme lead within Change and Transformation.
  • Ensure all Change implementation has an appropriate level of Risk Assessment
  • Work with the business to develop and implement risk management strategies to support transformation initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Quilter’s risk management framework and policies
  • Collaborate with various departments including marketing, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment with transformation objectives
  • Communicate risk management strategies and updates to stakeholders at all levels
  • Provide risk management support for transformation projects, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated
  • Monitor and report on the progress of risk management activities within transformation projects to both senior Risk Management and within Governance structure.
  • Ensure that risk management practices are integrated into the governance framework of transformation projects
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in risk management practices
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing risk management processes and tools.

  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably within a transformation or change management context
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant professional qualifications in risk management or related fields
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
