Transformation Workforce Manager
Are you ready to play a key role in a major transformation programme? Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking a Transformation Workforce Manager to join a fast-paced, dynamic team driving organisational change. This hybrid role offers flexibility with office locations in London, Lytham St Annes, Durham, and Glasgow, giving you the chance to work on high-impact projects that shape the future of the organisation.
As a Transformation Workforce Manager, you will lead resourcing and workforce planning within a complex, multi-supplier environment. You’ll build strong relationships with Programme Managers, Team Leads, and senior leadership, ensuring workforce, capacity, and financial data are interpreted effectively to support strategic decisions. This role requires adaptability, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving setting.
This is a 6-month contract, with potential for extension, and is Inside IR35. You’ll gain exposure to transformation initiatives and work closely with stakeholders to deliver meaningful workforce solutions.
Essential Requirements:
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
Experience with Visio for organisation charts
Knowledge of Power Automate and SharePoint workflows
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building
Ability to interpret workforce, capacity, and financial data
