Who we're looking for:
- The successful candidate must have a Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
- Strong Leadership qualities with ability to manage and motivate a team, maintain standards and drive change where needed.
- Good geographical knowledge and depot network understanding.
- The ability to learn new systems and ways of working is essential.
- Using strong communication skills, you will pro-actively approach other key stakeholders within the network to ensure we are operating in the most cost-effective way.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
The successful candidate must have their own transport to get to our Saham depot located at - Foxcover Distribution Park, Unit 3 & 4, Admiralty Way, Seaham, Co. Durham, SR7 7DN.
