Treasury & Capital Markets Manager

My specialist lending client is looking for a Capital Markets and Treasury Manager to join their small team at a pivotal point in their growth story. This role will look after debt facilities, treasury strategy/build out and equity raising. The ideal candidate will have strong capital markets experience and broad understanding of treasury.

Responsibilities:

• Management of debt facilities, including negotiating, structuring, execution, monitoring and reporting
• Establishing and management of liquidity position
• Interest rate hedging
• Modelling and analysis, including building/maintenance of cash flow models and dashboards
• Preparation of investor materials
• Meeting and negotiating with banks/investors

Requirements:

• Capital markets/structured finance experience
• Banking/ratings agency/start-up background
• Modelling skills (Excel, Python, Hex)
• Analytical and self-starter mindset
