Who we are

Grant Thornton’s Agile Talent Community is a network of contract professionals, giving you the opportunity to work with our clients alongside Grant Thornton teams on a project-by-project basis whilst being supported by our dedicated Agile Talent team.

You can choose to work with Grant Thornton as an Independent Consultant either through your own limited company or on inside IR35 terms.

Joining us in Financial Services Regulatory

Joining the Agile Talent Community withing Treasury, you’ll have the flexibility to work on strategic projects that align with your expertise. You’ll support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments, contributing to liquidity management, funding strategy, and trading execution.

Skills we are looking for

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and professional execution standards
• Experience presenting market insights and investor appetite at ALCO meetings
• Proven collaboration with Group Treasury functions to manage liquidity, pricing, and funding
• Familiarity with internal compliance procedures including CDD, AML/CTF, FATCA, MIFID II, and Code of Conduct
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
