We are looking for a passionate and committed Registered Adult Nurse who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality patient care. You will play a key role in supporting patients within our treatment rooms and lower limb services. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, dynamic, and forward-thinking team, making a real difference in the community.
Provision of nursing care to patients attending the clinical settings including wound and leg ulcer management, catheterisation and administration of medicines.
Developing plans of care and working collaboratively with other specialities to provide shared care.
Working with the Leg Ulcer team reviewing non-complex leg ulcer patients within the clinic setting.
