Corporate and Trust Client Administrator Role
- Annual Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

My client is a longstanding, independent Trust and Corporate Services Provider that also offers accounting and tax services to private clients. They are currently seeking an experienced Corporate and Trust Client Administrator.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Act as the main point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, including corporate entities, trusts, and foundations, ensuring outstanding client service and statutory compliance.
- Manage the setting up of legal entities and maintain company files and statutory records.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated with regulatory and statutory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Prepare and manage invoices, payments, contracts, and other documentation.
- Maintain financial records in coordination with the internal accounting team or external accountants/auditors.
- Liaise with third parties such as legal advisors and bankers to efficiently manage client activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or a professional equivalent (e.g., STEP, ICSA).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the Trust and Corporate Service Provider (TCSP) industry.
- Proven client service experience and a high level of professionalism.
- Fluent in English and ideally Italian.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software applications used by TCSPs.
- The right to live and work in the UK.
