GLF Schools is seeking an inspirational Maths Subject Improvement Lead to drive excellence across our eight secondary schools.
If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for transforming Maths education at scale, this is your opportunity to shape curriculum, assessment, and professional development for thousands of students.
In this role, you will: • Lead the refinement of an ambitious, coherent KS3–KS5 Maths curriculum
• Drive effective assessment and data-informed improvement
• Elevate teaching & learning through reviews, coaching, and targeted support
• Develop subject leaders and build strong professional networks
• Stay ahead of national developments through external partnerships
We’re looking for someone with:
✔ A proven track record of raising outcomes in secondary Maths
✔ Strong subject expertise across all key stages
✔ Experience coaching and developing teachers
✔ Confidence using data to drive improvement
✔ A collaborative, proactive, solutions-focused approach

📍 Our secondary schools are based in Epsom, Banstead, Caterham, Croydon, Redhill, Reading & Didcot — travel required.
