The core of the work focuses on providing clear and practical advice to high-net-worth individuals and their families in the UK and abroad. Assessing the opportunities available to our clients, by helping to structure their affairs to minimise their tax liability and preserve their property for future generations.
The Role

Other clients we provide tax returns only and ad hoc advice when requested to. The team has a strong focus on providing advice to beneficiaries/settlors and trustees of non-UK trusts where there is a UK resident beneficiary and they require assistance in reporting the trust distributions on their tax returns.
The main duties of the role will be to manage and grow a portfolio of trust clients which include both UK based and offshore trusts. Many of our clients have an international focus and we work closely with advisors in other jurisdictions. In addition, the role will also require the provision of daily, flexible, proactive support to the Partners and Directors, contributing to the efficiency of the team and assisting with training more junior members.
