TRUST TRAINEE REGISTRAR ROTATIONS IN ACUTE and SPECIALITY MEDICINE

The Trust is recruiting to our Award Winning** Trust Trainee rotations which are equivalent to ST3 posts and deanery approved for IMT3. Each post will include a block of Acute Medicine, a choice* of medical specialties including Respiratory, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Neurology and Elderly Care Medicine. The Acute Medicine block will include Medical Take, HDU and Ambulatory Care.

While not deanery funded, these will all be
training posts with full Educational and Clinical supervision. All trainees will be enrolled onto the Royal College of Physicians e-portfolio and be entitled to study leave. The trust’s Acute Medicine procedures course and Reg Ready simulation training will be available to all trainees. All trainees will undergo the GMC approved SARD appraisal in February and end of year ARCP in July.
