Referral Twilight Nursing Team, where your expertise will directly support patient wellbeing and continuity of care overnight.

About The Role
This vital twilight role (core hours:
18:00–02:00, (with the opportunity to discuss flexibility for the right candidate) focuses on
inpatient care and emergency & critical care during out-of-hours. You'll work closely with our Specialists, ward RVNs, and rotating interns, ensuring seamless handovers and consistent care.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of inpatient care
- Bridge the gap between day and night teams by facilitating handovers
- Advocate for patient wellbeing and comfort
- Stock and set up clinical areas for the night shift
- Support patient admissions and assist colleagues Rotate through ICU to provide consistent care
- Cover team breaks and lunch periods to ensure continuous support
- Ensure medications are updated and dispensed for overnight care
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
- Communicate effectively across disciplines
- Handle incoming calls professionally and take appropriate action
