The role

As a Change Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll lead the development, execution, and oversight of the Change Management Process across the Project, Programme, or Portfolio.

Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with the project team to manage and process changes in alignment with commercial and business needs. You’ll also:

• Manage change in line with performance
• Stakeholder communication and prioritisation
• Support recording of Design Configuration in line with Authority and third party requirements
• Providing accurate cost reporting
• Liaising with Project Controls and Configuration management leadership teams
  
  
  

This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home.

Essential experience of the Type 31 Change Manager:

• Project Change management process experience
• Experience in constructive or manufacturing projects
• Cost control experience and Earned Value Management (EVM) understanding
  
  
  

Qualifications for the Type 31 Change Manager:

• HNC or above learning in an Engineering based qualification
• Association of Project Management qualification
