Location: London
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, which may include evenings, overnights, weekends & bank holidays
Salary: Up to £55,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits

Are you a seasoned sports trader with a deep love for U.S. sports like American Football and Baseball? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for building trading models and launching new products? SIS is looking for a U.S. Sports Trading Manager to lead the charge in expanding our trading portfolio and delivering cutting-edge betting products.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Spearheading the launch of new U.S. sports titles and trading products
- Acting as a subject matter expert on trading strategies and models
- Collaborating with tech, analytics, and external partners to refine trading tools and algorithms
- Supporting and mentoring traders to elevate team performance
- Evaluating market trends and competitor offerings to drive innovation
- Managing timelines, reporting, and stakeholder communications for product launches
🧠 What You’ll Bring:
- Solid previous experience in odds compilation and trading, ideally with in-play trading of American Football and Baseball
- Proven leadership experience in a trading or sports betting environment
- Strong mathematical and algorithmic understanding
- High-level Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a passion for sports

- Experience with Madden, The Show, or other sports video games
- Technical collaboration experience and understanding of product lifecycle
- Skills in building/refining trader tools and prediction models
