Role Description
We are currently hiring for a full-time Cruise Sales Consultant, available as a remote role or on-site at our London office. In this position, you will work closely with clients to understand their cruise travel requirements, offer personalised cruise options, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the booking journey.
Daily responsibilities will include generating sales leads, responding to cruise enquiries, making reservations, and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for every client.
Qualifications
Strong background in cruise holiday sales
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment or a self-managed remote role
Prior experience in the cruise travel industry is essential
Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Cruise Consultant to join our established holiday sales team. This role is ideal for someone with over three years’ experience in selling cruise holidays.
The successful candidate will have previously worked for a travel agency or tour operator, selling cruises with leading operators such as Royal Caribbean, P&O, Cunard and more. Product training will be provided, along with opportunities to visit cruise ships to gain deeper product knowledge.
This position involves selling to our UK-based customers, with the flexibility to adjust shifts as needed to meet demand. We offer FAM trips, ongoing training, and a hybrid working model for the right individual.
Day-to-Day Duties:
Arranging and crafting global cruises, including river cruises and cruise & stay holidays
Delivering exceptional service to both new and repeat clients
Account managing clients from initial enquiry through to post-travel follow-up
Building rapport with clients over the phone and understanding their travel needs
Tailor-made complete travel packages including flights, hotels, transfers, and other services
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Participating in all-expense-paid FAM trips to enhance product knowledge
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in selling cruise holidays in the UK market
Strong sales skills with a target-driven approach and motivation to earn incentives
Knowledge of any GDS (Global Distribution System) is required
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
