About the Role

An excellent opportunity has opened within Commercial Team for a Customer Service Administrator on a 12 month contract
Location: Southampton
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm (Hybrid Model)
How You Will Contribute
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Multiple calendar management, co-ordinating communication responses, events and manage logistics for internal and external meetings
- Prepare correspondence, presentations and reports
- Organise and maintain department SharePoint folders
- Assist teams with customer inquiries
- Liaise and build relationships with internal departments to resolve operational issues
- Monitor and manage Team email inboxes
- Support the team with general administrative duties
- Management of department procurement and invoicing responsibilities
- Assist in developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures for services/products
- General adhoc duties to support the team
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience in team administrative support
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Professional demeanour and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting

Eligibility to work in the UK.
A full valid UK driving licence or appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads.
No unspent criminal convictions.
Due to manufacturing guidelines on equipment and site safety critical health and safety requirements, we have strict weight and medical requirements that need to be met and maintained. For our safety critical roles health and medical and fitness checks are performed. Requirements include, but are not limited to, weight, height, blood pressure and hearing.
We may close our roles early, depending on the number of applications received.
