As a Heat Pump Specialist, you will be the link between technology and customer satisfaction. Your mission? Ensure our advanced heat pump systems perform at their best for clients in the food, beverage, dairy, and industrial sectors.
- Technical support – Assist customers in the implementation and optimization of our heat pump and refrigeration technologies.
- Maintenance – Perform maintenance intervals, order materials, spares, and equipment to do the work
- Advice on using the correct reserve to share.
- Training & development – Train customers, engineers and their service technicians on system operation and maintenance.
- On-site troubleshooting – Provide support during commissioning and fault diagnosis
- On-site commissioning with service and contracting
- Collaboration with Sales – Assist our Sales team with technical insights and expertise.
- Travel: Work flexibly from home or at GEA locations, with trips away from home
Your Profile / Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in industrial refrigeration. (heat pump experience is a plus but not required!)
- Hands-on mindset with a strong customer-focused approach – you see solutions, not problems.
- Skilled in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills – you collaborate with colleagues and customers.
- Language skills: Fluent in English (oral & written).
- Flexible with travel – frequent travel required, but no long-term assignments.
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
