We’re looking for a talented and driven
UK & Ireland Compensation & Benefits Partner to join our Global Compensation and Benefits (Mobility) team (UK and Ireland) within the HR Division, reporting to the Head of Compensation and Benefits across the region. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring both strategic and operational excellence in total rewards for the UK and Ireland, with a particular focus on overseeing the Ireland region. You’ll work closely with Internal and External stakeholders i.e. HR Business Partners, HR and FS Shared Services teams to implement and manage compensation and benefits programs that support employee attraction, engagement, retention, and compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead UK and Ireland salary survey submissions across the region and prepare the input into developing competitive salary ranges, which will contribute towards the Total Reward packages.
- Support Annual Compensation Review processes including, analysis, training local HR and Managers on compensation methodology, preparation of eligibility data for Comp, STI, and LTI.
- Responsible for carrying out New Starter Inductions relating to UK and Ireland Compensation and Benefits.
- Developing efficient and effective C&B processes for administration of benefits in conjunction with HRSS across region.
- Raising POs for vendors relating to benefits and mobility across region.
- Supporting the execution and organizing mental and financial wellbeing employee sessions to raise awareness of tools and policies available to employees
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis for input towards decision making relating to Compensation and benefit matters.
- Monitoring and reporting on the gender pay gap across the region adhering compliance and pulling action plans and as and where required.
- Support the renewals process, for Core benefits (Risk Benefits), Voluntary Benefits and Wellbeing strategy.
- Liaise with external providers and ensure adherence to global mobility policies.
- Conduct job evaluations and support pricing using WTW methodology.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC and Revenue reporting requirements for SBTV and LTI reporting
- Support in the renewals for UK and Ireland benefits but have responsibility for Ireland vendor relationships.
- An understanding of employment tax relating to Sal Sac for Benefits, PSA, for expenses, relocation etc.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR or C&B roles.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft office, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and familiar with Workday module for compensation management tools.
- Preferred: professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP).
To qualify for this position, candidates will be required to demonstrate
prior experience in a Compensation & Benefits Mobility function, preferably within a cross functional global organization. The successful applicant will possess
exceptional analytical skills, coupled with a consistently
collaborative working style.
